Module 1

Create a Plan to Create your Best Life

Here we take stock of what’s working and what isn’t working in our lives currently and we create a plan for the life we want for ourselves moving forward.

Module 2
Let go of old Limiting Beliefs &
Create a Positive Mindset

Here we examine the stories we tell ourselves, break down (and challenge) the old beliefs that are holding us back and understand the power of the brain and positive psychology to increase our self belief, grow our confidence and foster positivity.

I share some specific tools that have worked so well for me to do a complete 180 on my beliefs and removing negative thinking patterns.

Module 3

The 5 Pillars of Optimal
Wellbeing for Women

“Good mental health is not about good luck.”

Here we look at what is in our control when it comes to our wellbeing to increase energy and vitality, enhance positive thinking and improve overall wellbeing. Complete a comprehensive neuro transmitter questionnaire so you can see where your deficiencies lie and we can work on rebuilding your deficiencies through diet, lifestyle and supplements (this work can be life changing from both a mental and physical wellbeing perspective).

Module 4

Set Boundaries to
increase Time & Energy

A deep dive into setting boundaries to free up time and energy for the things we love. We explore our core values and how to live in alignment with them to improve our mental and emotional wellbeing and complete two very enlightening assessments to understand ourselves that little bit more!

Discover your Purpose &
Create your own Unique Operating System

A deep dive process into unlocking what fulfills you at this stage of your life, as the woman you are today.

We also discover what lights us up, create a ‘Fun Plan’ and go on to establish our own individual ‘Operating System’ which proves to be the foundation for how we live our life after Rediscovering Me ends.

Module 6
Understanding Stress &
the Nervous System

Many women find their stress and anxiety levels increase as they age (which can lead to higher alcohol consumption).

Here we go deep into understanding WHY we experience more stress as we age, HOW it affects us and most importantly WHAT we can do to reduce stress to ensure we feel more calm, regulated and balanced.

Module 7

Emotional Regulation

So few of us have ever been taught how to sit with uncomfortable emotions or provided tools to process our emotions, and in this module we will go deep into understanding what emotional regulation is and how we can apply it in our own lives.

This module can be LIFE CHANGING not only for ourselves but in how we support our children with their emotions.

Module 8

Self Audit

In our final module we do some deep self reflection work to create the plan for ourselves moving forward using coaching tools and specific journaling questions. By the end of the course you can expect to have these outcomes:

  • A deep understanding of your emotions, how you feel and what you need in any given moment

  • An established practise of creating time for yourself to create the life you love

  • Comfort and confidence to say NO to what isn’t serving you and ending people pleasing tendencies

FAQs

How long are the daily coaching videos? How much time do I need each day?

This program is created for busy women who are juggling lots, so I've intentionally kept the daily coaching videos short. You'll only need around 10 minutes each day, just enough to learn, reflect and make plans to create small shifts in your life that will result in massive results!

What happens if I can't join live for the Expert Masterclasses?

Don't worry! Every single session is recorded and uploaded within 2 hours, so you can watch on replay in your own time! You will also be able to download your own app with the program on so you can listen to the amazing information and guest expert speakers when you are walking, driving, cleaning or gardening! 

I am in the UK/USA, can I still join?

Absolutely! We have ladies joining in Australia, NZ, South Africa, UK, USA, Canada and everywhere in between. All sessions are recorded and I will be running sessions across all time zones.

How long will I have access to the program?

Once the program ends you will have access to the portal where all the resources are saved and also the app for 6 months after we finish so you can go back and listen to anything you missed or listen again to the amazing presentations! 

I am post menopause - will this still be relevant for me?

Yes absolutely - I will be talking about the changing requirements from a nutrition, supplement and movement perspective in both peri and post menopause so whichever phase you are in, there will be relevant information

I don't want to lose weight, is this program still for me?

Absolutely. Many women do struggle with mid section weight gain after 40 when our body composition begins to change and we will address WHY this happens and how to change it but we will also go deep into the nutritional needs for women as we age to prevent disease, prevent osteoporosis, increase energy and reduce anxiety. Two of the world's greatest chronic diseases are 100% preventable through diet and lifestyle and two are considerably preventable through diet and lifestyle. I will share all of this!
